A Quick Recap of My Books: Here’s What I’ve Published So Far 98

lidiya k - books published so far

The book store has been up and running for quite some time now and I’m adding new products every now and then.
So I decided to give you a quick summary of what you can find there.

1. The Beginner’s Guide to a Successful Morning Routine

That’s one of the newest additions to the shop.

I’ve written a lot of content focused on waking up early, the importance of having a morning ritual, positive, healthy and productive things to do first thing in the morning and how to kickstart the whole day right after getting up.

So I had to make a book out of it eventually.

It’s one of the habits I respect the most, and the one I’ve experimented with for years until I found out what works and what doesn’t.

In the book I give you everything you need to know about morning routines and how to craft the ideal one for yourself so that you can start improving your life no later than tomorrow morning.

Together with it, you’ll get access to another eBook (a longer one actually) – “101 Morning Routines”.

It’s a collection of all kinds of successful morning rituals I’ve stumbled upon through the years. I even think it’s the only one you can find out there.

And if you still find it hard to create a ritual for yourself, or just need an inspiration and want to see how others are doing it, this is the book for you.

2. The Tao of Happiness: Unleash The Happiness Within

That was the first book I published. I remember it took me quite a lot of time to finish it. Now I do it almost on autopilot and the editing, formatting and proofreading takes much less time.

This one is an interesting reading.

It’s inspirational and can help you change your approach to life and attitude towards the world. With it, you can make the mental shift from living a complicated life with a lot of pressure and suffering to learning how to let go, embracing peace, living slowly and experiencing each moment.

It’s about going with the flow instead of trying to change what’s not under your control. About fixing your relationship with yourself and understanding what happiness really consists of.

It’s dedicated to my mother actually. Not because of the content of the book. but because it was the first one I officially self-published. And my mum has always been my biggest supporter no matter what I’m after in life.

3. The 10 Mental Habits That Will Become The Pillars of Your Success

I believe that first we need to change on the inside before we take action.

And this book is about that – building a powerful mindset in order to be prepared for anything that comes your way when you go after your goals.

It teaches you how to forgive, take smarter decisions, be laser focused and eliminate distractions, accept failure and learn from it, be mindful of your current activity, and more.

In the end, you’ll feel confident enough to step forward without letting anyone talk you out of your dreams. And be able to follow your path without leading astray.

4. Morning Pages: All You Need to Know About Writing in The Morning

Writing morning pages is a simple technique I came across some time ago. I noticed that many successful people dedicate time to it during their morning routine and wanted to know more.

The book is one long summary of everything one has to know about this powerful practice.

Each page inside is an answered question. So from the table of contents in the beginning you can go to what interests you.

Should you do morning pages before or after breakfast? Do they go together with meditation? Can they be typed? Is it helpful to read your morning pages? How often, when and where do you need to do them for maximum results? How long should they be? Want ideas on what to write about? Or the motivation to build the habit and be inspired to write?

All that, plus a lot more, can be found in this eBook.

You don’t need to be a writer, or a creative individual, or even a morning person. All that happens in the process.

For a start, you just need the desire to improve yourself and have more successful days.

5. This Moment

I like this one the most, I think.

It’s about living in the present moment and letting go of past and future.

That’s a subject I deeply care about as I think most of our problems come because we’re either regretting something we did in the past, or worry and fear what tomorrow might bring.

And if you think about it, that’s not only pointless, but it prevents us from actually experiencing and enjoying life.

Writing the book was easy. I was simply going with the flow, explaining what it is that makes us carry the burden of the past into our present, how insecurity and fear cause anxiety and how to deal with all that.

Once I had realized that for myself and seen the benefits, it was much easier to share it with others. My life is so much better now that I live in the present moment.

The past doesn’t matter. It’s gone and I’m alright with it. As for the future, I look forward to it, but don’t play too many scenarios in my head or try to make it perfect. I just let it be, hoping and preparing for the best.

And that’s what this book teaches you.

I like what I did with the cover too.

6. The Characteristics of Highly Confident Individuals

This book is a short one. So it’s added to the page with how-to guides I offer for subscribers.

With it I just want to present to you all the body and mind hacks you can try in order to increase your self-confidence, feel comfortable in your skin, believe in yourself and be able to approach people without any problem.

There are also 100 confidence affirmations you can use that will help you increase your self-esteem. You can simply read them out loud, repeat them to yourself in weak moments, or say them using the mirror technique exercise.

New additions are coming all the time.

9 Ways to Handle Change in Your Life [Infographic]

When a big change happens in your life, it doesn’t have to be a negative change to have a huge impact on you.

Change causes uncertainty and our brains and bodies react to uncertainty by trying to protect us with the release of fight or flight chemicals and hormones.

The downside to this is that living with these for an extended time results in elevated heart rate and affects your digestion, immune systems and blood flow.

But there are ways you can regain control over your life even in the midst of big changes.

The first is to take a step back and reflect on what’s actually happening and what your involvement is, which will help you to understand and find perspective on the situation. Hopefully, this will enable you to find the opportunities that every change in your life brings, rather than obsessing over any short-term negative impacts.

It may also help you to allow yourself a transition period where you adjust to the changes. But with a firm deadline by which you expect to have moved on and settled into the new routine. Even if it doesn’t quite work out that way, it will still push you towards visualizing the end of the uncertainty, which will prepare you to make it happen sooner rather than later.

On a more basic level, you need to remember to look after yourself during this time of change and the related stresses.

It can be too easy to fall into bad habits like neglecting your own simple needs, like a good night’s sleep and staying active and eating right when you are going through something like this. Having a day in your pajamas eating ice cream out of the tub is fine. But your body needs sleep, exercise and nutrition to keep you healthy.

Routine can be a comfort when it feels like everything in your life is changing.

So try and stick to some simple ones like walking your dog every morning or going to a regular gym class to give your life some stability and consistency.

You also need the help and support of those around you. And having a strong support network is crucial when it comes to coping with big changes in your life. This means family and friends, but you could also seek out people going through similar experiences by looking online. There may well be communities who you can talk to and get helpful tips from.

Most importantly of all, you need to be aware of when you need more than just the love and support of other people to help you cope with stress and uncertainty. If you start to feel like your mental health is really suffering, or you have been feeling the symptoms of stress for more than a couple of months, you need to go and talk to a health professional to get the help you need to bounce back.
