I have done exactly that, to a few bosses actually. But they usually tell me something about budget cuts and we all have to do our part. Well, I decided to start going to the gym right after work instead and that’s been good so far.
But after some searching online I found these desk exercises from Garage Gym Builder that are 7 stretches you can do from your desk.
I recommend doing these a few times a day but it really depends on how much time you have. Most of them don’t take much time at all, plus you need a break… you deserve it.
