Why 80 Percent of New Year's Resolutions Fail

As the year comes to an end, we all fall into the trap of making new year’s resolutions.

Why do I say trap? Because there’s this tendency to set goals, big ones and many of them, right before New Year’s Eve. To be pumped up about them and tell everyone, only to disappoint ourselves in 2 to 8 weeks, feel overwhelmed and get back to where we started from.

In today’s episode of the Let’s Reach Success podcast, I wanna talk more about the shocking stats that prove that 80% of these resolutions fail by February.

Of course, it all comes down to goal setting, how it’s done and the mindset related to it. I wanna share what people usually do wrong that leads to regrets and lack of results, and what we can do better to actually see progress and kickstart the new year.
