2024 Highlights from Our Blogging Community [Best of: Fearless Bloggers]

2024 was a fun year inside our blogging community and membership Fearless Bloggers. A lot happened, I made many changes to the different sections (called Topics), listened to members’ feedback, stopped doing some things and started others based on what was working, followed inspiration, and showed up inside the membership almost every single week of the year.

It’s a beautiful place to be for every blogger, whether you want to start a blog, have been running one for a while, are already making money, or are even earning a full-time income from it. We have members that fall into all categories, as well as from different niches.

In this post, I want to do a recap and share with you the best content that was published inside the membership and other fun aspects of our blogging community.

Let’s begin with the highlights from 2024.

What Happened in Our Blogging Community in 2024

January 2024

In January, I started with a post on how to set your blog goals for the new year, followed by one with my exact blog goals (I disclose EVERYTHING about my business with members). 

Next was a downloadable checklist called Blog Annual Checkup. Its goal was to help you re-evaluate some elements on your blog and start the new year with an up-to-date site with a cleaner look and better performance, as well as a simpler and smarter blogging strategy.

I’m about to update it with some new items this month actually, so members, stay tuned for that.

That same month I also shared 2 personal wins (a Pin that went viral and an AI post I ranked quickly) with screenshots and more details. I love sharing wins (big or small) as it inspires members to keep going in their business no matter what. 

That happens in the ‘Share Your Wins’ topic, where everyone else can also post their wins.

Next came the December 2023 blog income report, and at the end of the month I also published my annual income report. The same will be happening this month inside the membership.

I publish blog income reports in there monthly and share all my earnings and expenses as a blogger, everything I worked on, the content that was published, which articles were sponsored, how my niche sites are doing, traffic growth, Pinterest growth, email list stats, and the plan for the next month.

In January, I also published a post about Seasonal SEO and another quick one on how to use ChatGPT for blog post titles. 

Every month, I also sent 2 newsletters to members with the new content they may have missed from the blogging community.

This year, I’ll be doing that once a month.

February 2024

The second month of the year inside Fearless Bloggers started with the monthly content calendar. I did that every month in 2024 but am stopping it this year. I’ll be sending a newsletter to members at the end of the month, and there I’ll share what new content to expect next month)

I introduced a new topic (Collaborations), and published the monthly income report.

I ran a special course discount for members, and also posted about the daily traffic of Let’s Reach Success (behind-the-scenes content with screenshots).

I released a video training that month that takes you behind the scenes of 2 brand collaborations I did with clients on sponsored content on my blog. That was really fun to record and share, with ALL the details the deals included (the exact emails, negotiation, numbers, articles, etc.)

I published 4 more posts on topics such as orphan pages, wiring blog posts with ChatGPT, audience tips, and external links.

March 2024

In March I offered 2 surprising and pretty amazing collaboration opportunities to members.

I posted 2 Motivation posts (a new topic I added). 

I created THE HUB – a page where they can find all content from the membership in one place, and which I keep updated.

The video training, PDF and main post that month had to do with updating old blog posts (when to delete or update one, how to republish them correctly, how to redirect them so you don’t have broken links, etc.) That topic was requested by more than 1 member actually, so I was happy to share different resources with them and answer all their questions.

I also talked to them about a Google Core Update that happened that month. That marked the beginning of my covering industry updates inside our blogging community.

April 2024

This month I was happy to announce the first revenue I earned from my second blog. I also published the monthly income report, as usual. 

I shared a new monetization strategy (a new sponsored network bloggers can join).

We also had a guest post on link parties as a way to grow your blog’s traffic.

I published a quarterly income report too. I do that when I feel inspired and when I have something new to share.

Another post that month was on how to use Google Search Console to find underperforming content.

Last but not least, I released new bonus for members: The Email List Bundle.

May 2024

In May, members enjoyed hearing about industry updates but in an empowering way, learning about grey niches in sponsored blogging, the Google Spam Update, taking a look inside my media kit, seeing my monthly income report of course, as well as learning about one way their blog categories might be hurting their site rankings.

June 2024

In June, I introduced some exciting changes to the membership and rebranded it to Fearless Bloggers.

I had another viral Pin for my second site so I shared it with members. There was a big Google update happening so we talked about that.

I created 2 PDF guides, one was with ALL the sponsored networks they can join (and agencies they can contact) to start earning from sponsored content on their blogs. And the second was a tracker so they can track what network they’ve applied to already, whether they are awaiting approval, or if they need to grow their blog more before trying again. 

That’s invaluable information that can make you a lot of money in your blogging business.

I also shared a behind-the-scenes look at my email newsletter, and a blog monetization tip.

July 2024

In July, there were 2 motivation posts (1 about money mindset and a number from my business that inspired me).

The video training and PDF that month had to do with getting your blog ready for sponsors.

I also shared another PDF on how to optimize a blog post.

I had my biggest affiliate commission ever so I shared that win with members. And there was also one blog monetization post and one blog traffic post (I try to publish these monthly).

August 2024

This was my biggest month in business ever in terms of revenue, and I could not wait to share it with members. I felt amazing!

The video training that month showed how exactly I optimize my blog posts. The PDF was a lead magnet template.

There was also a traffic post and a Google Core Update.

I announced some updates to the curriculum as well as the exciting thing that was about to happen next month inside the blogging community.

September 2024

This month marked our first ever challenge inside Fearless Bloggers – the Blog Monetization Challenge. 

Over the course of 10 days, I shared ways they can monetize their site that they probably haven’t thought of.

At the end of it, I turned it into an eBook so they can access all the strategies in one place.

I also published my monthly income report as well as a collaboration opportunity.

October 2024

I released a training explaining exactly how I do weekly meetings in my business and why they are so critical. I also added a fillable PDF + Canva template so they can personalize it and have the type of meeting that would benefit them the most.

I started publishing blogger interviews inside the membership too, and in October I published 2 of them there. These also appear on the blog, but I want to give members a distraction-free experience and a way to still enjoy success stories of pro bloggers without having to go to my blog, see ads, opt-in forms, many external links, etc.

I added a new bonus to Fearless Bloggers – my book High-Value Offers. 

I also revealed the new blog I had just started, talked about a new blog traffic source they can consider, shared a nice perspective on sales pages, as well as encouraged them to start planning their next year already in another post.

November 2024

In November, members saw 2 new blogger interviews, got access to a members-only Black Friday deal, a video training on the current state of the blogging industry and analysis of why my blog traffic is down and what I’m doing about it, a Motivation post, and again, a new sponsored post network they can join right away to monetize their site. 

I also announced what was coming in December…

December 2024

While December is the month where everyone’s talking about New Year’s resolutions, selling offers one final time to boost their revenue, planning their content for the new year, or just relaxing and taking time off their business, I decided to do something else because it’s what bloggers needed the most.

They all need blog traffic, to boost their site’s SEO, and to adjust to what’s happening with search engines and the blogging industry in general.

So instead of a video training, and the usual other elements of the monthly curriculum, I did another challenge in December where I shared 10 different ways to improve the SEO of your WordPress blog.

I called it the WordPress SEO Boost Challenge, and I myself was taking action as I shared the things I’ve learned from experts recently, had tested myself, as well as the changes I made to my site. These were things I’ve never shared before.

At the end, I turned the content into an eBook again. It’s quite valuable and includes many screenshots. I love how it turned out.

Final Words

So, that’s what it’s like to be part of Fearless Bloggers. Things often change, you never know what to expect a few months from now, but it’s always worth it if you’re building a blogging business.

It will be evolving in 2025 and I’ll be adding a lot more value to it, which also means a price increase is coming. So if you ever considered joining, now is the time. This way you lock in the current low price for a lifetime.
