5 Ways to Create Your Best Year in Business Yet

How to Start a Lifestyle Blog & Make Money (+ 50 Lifestyle Blog Names)

It’s the end of the year and December is a very exciting month because it’s the best time to do a year end review, decide what you wanna double down on in your business and what you’ll leave behind, set new goals and create your vision for the new year.

If you’ve been looking for a training to help you do that, I just opened the doors – for the second year in a row – to my program Epic Biz Year. Inside it, we get super actionable and combine energy + strategy to plan out your free content, new offers, launches and anything in-between for your business in 2024.

Here’s the link in case you want to check it out, it’s just $33, and you can get it till the end of the month (till December 31st). Doors will close after that, and it will only be available again in 1 year because this is the best time to create a game plan for your year in business. From January on, it’s action time.

Now, let’s dive into the list of ideas I have for you today on how to make 2024 your most epic year in business.

1. Do something you’ve never done before.

The goal here is to get out of your comfort zone, and have new data to work with.

For example, what if hosting webinars increases your conversions so much that any other promo activities don’t need to happen anymore and you can do just that? The only way to know is to give it a try.

Or, what if your content format is totally out of alignment? Maybe you’re making yourself record long podcast episodes but what you’re actually meant to be doing is go live on Instagram whenever you feel inspired.

What if your audience is waiting for you to create a course that contains your unique framework? That one digital product can skyrocket your revenue in the new year. If you find the right launch process and get better at selling it, it can even become your main income stream, and it can be passive income.

The point is to do something you’ve never done before. It will involve a risk, obviously. Imposter syndrome might hit, but you can take action anyways. It’s the only way to get some new results, analyze them, and take decisions based on the data your gather.

Just make sure you really dive into the numbers when evaluating if this new thing works for you or not. It might not look like it, but if the numbers are saying it’s growing your email list, or people are more engaged with your content, then there’s something there and you gotta do more of it.

2. Map out your content for 2024 so you can stay consistent.

That’s exactly what Epic Biz Year helps you with, together with planning your offers and launches for the whole year.

You can make changes to that initial plan, of course, and you can follow intuitive nudges over the year or listen to your audience and create the content and offers they want and need. But this yearly plan will give you the structure your business needs to continue growing, and the accountability you need to stay consistent with producing new and strategic content.

3. Focus on collaborations.

What if next year you finally start partnering with others in your industry, do PR, get featured, and release content or even paid offers together with other creators?

That takes courage, I know. But it can grow your brand in so many ways. And in 2024, branding will keep being crucial.

You can’t just have a website, or a product, or a following on Instagram. You are the person behind it and you’re a brand. That means you gotta keep getting your name out there, strategically of course, partner with leaders in your industry and help each other grow.

That can be anything from paid media coverage to inviting experts on your podcast or YouTube channel or interviewing them on your blog or live on Instagram.

It can mean writing guest posts for big sites in your niche. Or partnering with other creators and releasing a new offer together. An example are the course bundles I’ve participated in over the years. Big companies organize them and dozens of course creators give access to one of their products to create a bundle that is then offered for a super low price for a short period of time.

Everyone involved promotes the bundle and so we grow our audiences together and make our products more accessible.

You can also focus on collaborations with your audience. Get testimonials and share case studies. If there are success stories of people you’ve helped with your work, get them on the podcast or on socials so they can share it. This becomes the ultimate positive feedback for your brand, coming directly from someone who worked with you.

I believe that if you set collaboration as one of your business goals for 2024, many opportunities for that will find you in ways you can’t predict.  And when they do, as uncomfortable as it might be, you gotta say Yes to them and actually show up.

4. Simplify your business.

Whatever your business model is, no matter how things are going and how many income streams you have, there is at least one thing you can simplify.

Maybe you can stop posting on a certain platform because it’s not giving you any real results.

Maybe you don’t need that many lead magnets for subscribers, and can actually grow your email list if you only have 1 or 2 but really strategic ones. Those that will get only the right people on your list and will warm them up for the offer you have for them.

Maybe you can simplify your bookkeeping and any processes you have in your business. And if you don’t have them, this is your chance to create them so everything is streamlined and save a ton of time.

Maybe it’s time to make your product suite simpler. Some offers can go away, others can be launched just once or twice a year. That frees up your time so you can focus on the products that actually matter and which your audience loves, and so you can create your best content and form relationships with your followers thanks to it.

Whatever it is, just simplify.

5. Get on the AI wagon.

2023 was the year I got on it and I’m very happy about it. There are so many ways you can use AI in your business.

ChatGPT, for example, can help you come up with content ideas, outline articles or any other form of content, and create the draft. You can then just publish the AI-generated content as it is or make changes and add more personality to it so it can sound like you.

You can use it for course content, bonuses for products, lead magnets, or to create powerful guides that would otherwise take you countless hours of thinking and research. Such as 100 Side Hustles Ideas

ChatGPT can come up with that in seconds, then write a paragraph for each. It can also create the intro and conclusion and there you have it, an article that, if optimized and interlinked well, can rank high on search engines for a competitive term. That can also be an idea for a lead magnet, people love lists like that.

There’s so much you can do with AI and the content it creates and the ideas it gives you are quality. Search engines now rank AI-written articles and are totally okay with it so you can freely use it as a blogger, especially if you have multiple sites and want to grow their traffic.

Conclusion

So those were the 5 ideas I wanted to share with you today. Hope they inspire you to take action and do something differently in your business in 2024.
