You should always reward loyalty from your customers. They have many businesses to choose from, and you need to show your appreciation that they have chosen yours.
When clients feel valued, they are more likely to continue using your services. You can offer loyalty discounts or special rewards programs for return customers. Many businesses focus on attracting as many new clients as possible.
While new business is important, keeping your current customers happy is just as valuable if not more so.
